Head of Sales Assistant

Job description:

We are looking for a Head of Sales Manager Assistant to assist in leading our seles department, ensure converting leads to committed buyers, provide sales support to our other departments, assists in property selection, and sell upgrades. You will ensure every customer has an incredible experience in their home buying or renting journey with CMM.

The CMM believes in a culture where team members help each other and work together in an environment where the most important task is providing exceptional service to the clients, at all times.

JOB responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
  • To assist the Head of Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.
  • To assist the Head of Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
  • To assist the Head of Sales Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of client service with existing and new customers.
  • Assist the Head of Sales Manager by completing all assigned duties.
  • Responsible for operating and maintaining real estate properties with the goal of maximizing income and profits.
  • Lead & Supervise real estate sales team, perform administrative duties and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.
  • Offer advice and motivate their team to close sales.
  • Develop effective training programs that teach sales how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
  • Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve and conduct sales meeting.
  • Plan, design and conduct appropriate marketing and selling strategies for individual properties within budgetary limit.

 

JOB requirements:

 

  • Fluency In English, Russian and other languages are advantage
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service
  • Professional Attitude & very good communication skills
  • Fluent English, Russian or other languages is advantage
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

·        Search for candidates trough out all available sources.

·        Invite candidates for an interview.

·        Conduct initial phone interviews.

·        Organize and supervise candidate meetings.

·        Supervise the candidate's exit to work.

·        Preparing a workplace for a new employee.

·        Engage in the search for resumes of candidates analysis of resumes.

·        Maintain databases digital&hard cop.

·        To be engaged in drawing up reports in CRM of daily weekly monthly.

·        Perform other tasks assigned by the recruiting manager.

·        Conduct labor market analysis.

·        Coordinate HR projects (meetings, trainings, surveys, etc.) and keep minutes.

·        Processing of documentation and preparation of reports related to the activities of personnel (staffing, hiring, training, complaints, performance evaluation, etc.)

·        Maintain calendars of HR managment team.

 

JOB requirements:

 

·        Fluency in English

·        Human resource experience an asset.

·        Administrative experience in a unionized Hospital setting an asset.

·        Above average written and verbal communication skills.

·        Strong team player and proven track record in building and maintaining cross-team relationships.

·        Possess a valid driver license.

·        Self-organized.
